Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation) for EU Customers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is known as your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.

How to cancel your order

Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation by email and process your cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Please note

This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers residing in the European Union. Cancellation requests submitted by customers outside the EU cannot be accepted through this form.
